Teenagers nowadays are facing more problems, ranging from family relationships, to peer pressure to even boy girl relationships (BGR). They may have to face all this problems themselves, maybe because they do not feel comfortable telling these problems to anyone not even their family members.
Peer pressure is one of the many problems faced, and also maybe the most serious problem faced by teens. There are two difference categories for peer pressure; one has a good effect the other a bad effect. For the good pressure, teens maybe pressurized by their fellow classmates as they are all studying hard, and afraid to lose out, they would work double hard and end up getting great scores. Whereas the other would, teens have friends who are skipping class or even smoking, so in order to keep up with the ‘trends’ they begin to learn from them and end up smoking, skipping class.
You may think that teens are going very well with their family, but I think the main reasons that cause all these problems would start off from their family. If their parents are paying very little attention to them, so in order to gain attention from them, they start taking up bad habits to make their parents pay more attention. So in actual facts, the main reasons for teens getting bad lies with their family.
Lastly, a common problem faced by both adults and teens: boy girl relationships or mainly known as BGR. Many teens at the age of 14 or 15 will start to have ‘crush’ to the opposite sex and its quite common nowadays. But parents are most likely to object such relationships as they might think is a waste of time and would affect their studies. Teens on the other hand would find it normal, but what they don’t realize is that they have to study, attend CCAs, spends time with their family and adding on spending time with their ‘partner’. Most of them will have a difficulty finding time and as a result would start to neglect their studies. It may not be seen as a serious problem, but in a long run, the effects would start to show when their grades starts to drop.
These are some of the many problems faced by teens nowadays, problems like family relationships, peer pressure and the most common boy girl relationships (BGR).
